You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your sole responsibility. Accounts found violating community guidelines or engaging in fraudulent activity may be suspended immediately.
3. Course Access & Intellectual Property
All video lectures, live session recordings, curriculum materials, source codes, and prompt archives provided by Valiant Academy are proprietary and protected by copyright law. Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license for personal learning. Sharing, recording, reselling, or public redistribution of any course content is strictly prohibited.
4. Payments & Refunds
All course fees must be paid in full or as agreed through authorized payment gateways (bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz, or Bank Transfer). Inquiries regarding refunds or batch rescheduling must adhere to our refund policy and be submitted within the specified eligibility window prior to class commencement.
5. Affiliate Program Terms & Commission Payouts
Affiliate partners must be approved by the admin team before earning commissions. Affiliates agree to promote courses ethically without spamming, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices. Self-referrals and unauthorized discount posting are prohibited. Commission payouts are disbursed via bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer upon verification.
6. Code of Conduct
Learners and instructors must maintain mutual respect in live sessions, forums, and community channels. Harassment, abusive language, discrimination, and disruptive behavior will lead to permanent expulsion without refund.
7. Modifications to Terms
Valiant Academy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
